If you would like to return your order, please use the return process.
If your delivery is damaged, please contact our support team by email. We will help you quickly and send you instructions on how to return damaged items.
Note: Our return label is only valid for returns in Germany. It cannot be used for returns from Austria or Switzerland.

Print out our returns slip via the link.
Fill it out and put it in the parcel.
This is the only way we can process your return.

2. return label
Under the clickable link you can easily create a DHL return label (within Germany). As soon as you have entered all your details, DHL will send you the return label as a PDF to the e-mail address you have provided.For returns from abroad, you are welcome to contact our customer service by e-mail: support@autogefuehl.shop

3. reimbursement
We will endeavor to send you the refund as quickly as possible. As a rule, the refund will be made a few days after receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The amount will always be refunded using the payment method that was used for the order. If you used a voucher during payment, it will be reactivated and you can use it again.
We will always send you a separate email confirmation of your refund to the email address you provided in your order.
